Spelt wheat
Spelt wheat is an old cereal close to wheat
This cereal is suitable for various uses in human and cattle use (in flour milling after dehulling, for forage). It is particulary interesting for mixed croping and livestock farming : spelt is an excellent feedstuff for ruminant and horses thanks to it's high fiber content.
